We strive to provide quality agricultural products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is expired or defective
- The item received is incomplete
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
- Product images/videos may be required for verification
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are generally non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after use
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable or specially ordered items
- Products returned after the allowed return period
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
- In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping costs may be covered by KisanMitra
- For other approved returns, customers may need to bear shipping charges
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
